East Call is a call center existing for more than 5 years in the Eastern Europe, Republic of Moldova, which is situated between Romania and Ukraine

This geographic position gives us the opportunity to offer a wide services range viewing the incoming and the outgoing calls and that in different languages : French, English, Russian, Italian, Spanish, German, Bulgarian, and also Turkish , Greek etc…

Framed by a French expatriate manager, the staff recruitment is done in collaboration with local universities with students in the fifth year. The training is provided internally and in partnership with Alliance Fran?aise of Moldova, the Italo-Moldavian Chamber of Commerce or the American Chamber of Commerce.

East Call has recently been integrated within a business center composing 12 French companies in MOLDOVA and, while retaining its autonomy, it has to restructure itself through an investment fund of a society of Ile de FRANCE.
